So what’s the solution for those seeking more money AND time freedom?

Every 11 seconds someone joins a "work at home business opportunity". That's huge, and it's one of the trends I talk about in module 4.
People are just waiting for YOU to come on line and be able to connect, offer them a solution and forge business relationships. This is important to understand because as you know through your own experience, you want to connect and do business with someone you feel you know, like and trust. Pick up a copy of 'The 4 Hour Work Week', by Timothy Ferriss. It’s a perfect example of e-lifestyle living.
This book has had an impact in my thinking in helping me see that the world is my oyster and I believe it will for you too.
Here are the FAQ’s for doubters and skeptics that Ferriss opens his book with:
”Is lifestyle design for you? Chances are good that it is. Here are some of the most common doubts and fears that people have before taking the leap and joining the “New Rich”:
“Do I have to quit or hate my job? Do I have to be a risk-taker?”

My business partners are made up of all people. Homemakers to doctors, teachers to factory workers, young and prime time, college graduates and high school drop outs, those who are getting ready to start families and those who are empty nesters of all ethnic backgrounds and beliefs. Entrepreneurship has to be one of the most beautiful ways to connect on common ground for the world!
In this respect, we come to common ground and the opportunity is fresh and new for everyone.
More and more young adults and prime timers are securing their financial future and enjoying lifestyles not because they have spent their life in college or have been handed a silver spoon, but because technology and opportunity have met and they have seized the chance to live life on their terms. How Do YOU Define Lifestyle?

When you think of “Lifestyle” in terms of how YOU would live your daily life and your ability to have choices when it comes to your time, what do you envision?
The words "success lifestyle" often comes with a stigma that it’s only for the rich and famous. Oftentimes the word is associated with those individuals who spends their time traveling the globe without a care in the world, sailing on yachts with all the toys, having private airplanes on standby for a moment’s notice departure, being chauffeured around in limos and boasting a lineup of expensive luxury vehicles parked in 8 car climate controlled garages. They have several multimillion dollar homes around the world with staff standing by. They vacation at private exotic resorts on secluded islands, all secured by millions of dollars flowing into their bank account on a regular basis. Perhaps you've seen the TV show, "The Rich and Famous".
Certainly there are the rich and famous and just plain ole’ ultra rich, but enjoying a lifestyle is so much more than all the stuff money can buy. And you can enjoy an e-lifestyle well below the millionaire mark.
While Money Plays a Factor of Course, it’s Not the Entire Picture. Time is the Most Precious Commodity.
Many CEO’s, real estate agents, brokers, accountants, doctors, lawyers and other professionals make good money, but are now being driven to find a 
way to keep the financial security yet enjoy time freedom. They are missing out on family time, their golf game is suffering, stress levels are high, malpractice insurance is outrageous, red tape is thick and they have no time to enjoy the rewards of their labor.
Everyone’s definition of what they envision their day to day life to be will vary. There is no “one size fits all” because we have different interests, dreams, and priorities based on what and who we value.
Not everyone wants the jet-set lifestyle. Some would enjoy a lifestyle where they didn't have to consult their checkbook if they want something, being in control of how they spend their time, work from anywhere in the world, never missing their childrens' activities, giving their family opportunities and setting aside a significant nest egg all while giving at will to charities and worthwhile causes.
However, there is probably a common definition we can all agree with. That is, having the time freedom and financial security to pursue the things that really matter in our lives, spending time with those we choose and living our purpose with passion and meaning.
I like to refer to lifestyle as simply living life by design.
For me as example, I am blissful over my very simple, almost humble lifestyle, but it wasn’t always that way. When I was younger and raising children, I wanted all the bells and whistles, toys and “things” money could buy. My “want list” was much more materialistic.
Now that my kids are grown, my bliss and joy come from entirely different things. In fact, the toys have long been sold and pursuing meaningful passions and causes are more important to me now. The joy that I receive from living my life by design today include the most simplest of things, many of which don’t cost a penny to actually carry out but does require time freedom and financial security. I'm way more passionate about feeding hungry children than I am wearing diamonds. In fact, I don't own any jewelery… could care less. But offer me the chance to fill a belly with a warm meal and a place to lay their head and I'm all over that. That brings me joy and satisfaction.
So each of us will define what our e-lifestyle looks and feels like. What is right for one, will be wrong for another. Our differences are beautiful.

How Does One Begin to Transition From the 9-5
and Move Into the Full Time e-Lifestyle?

Once you make a decision (and that's all it is) that you want an e-lifestyle, it's a matter of you being consistent and persistent in building your foundational pieces and putting your value and your brand in front of the masses of people. But the people you put your marketing in front of must be the right people. You don't throw stuff against the wall and hope it sticks. You will be required to become a study of marketing. You will see this explained in the Module 4 video.
Depending on your time and how you choose to advertise, you should begin to see results fairly quickly, within the first 2-3-4 months. (Not e-lifestyle income, but income.)
You want to continue to build your business using whatever time you can sacrifice and find. And yes, this includes sacrificing TV time and laying on the couch time.
It may require you staying up late and getting up early…
Giving up some weekends… whatever it takes.

I remember in the early stages of building my business working late into the night and pounding away at my computer.
Most everyone starts off building their business around their full time careers. To set a realistic goal for yourself, you probably want to shoot for a 1 year plan to quit. If it turns out you can quit in 3 months, great. If it's 18 months or 2 years, so be it. Work at your own pace, keeping consistent and focused on your "why" and your value to others.

Are there hidden secrets in this guide? NO.

The information I share in this Mini-Guide is not going to be shocking and there’s no hidden inner secrets, but perhaps it's simply "timely." We are going to look at some common sense principles for online marketing which may be new to you or things you haven't thought about but there's nothing secret. Wouldn't it be great if there was a secret potion? It's called common sense, hard work and a desire to have what you want.
I mention "timely" because often people hear things over and over but they don’t internally receive it. So as you’re reading through here, perhaps today, you will receive it and your journey to the rest of your life can begin.
While the thought of having an e-lifestyle is sexy, I'm not going to sugar coat what it takes to be successful online. Most people will try to sell you on the idea that having a successful online business is almost an overnight gig. This ploy is to get you to spend money with them and is not the reality of creating a lifelong business for yourself.
I'm not going to dumb down what's required because that's not going to help you, that's not what you deserve. Creating a business takes work so be prepared.
This is one way I'm different from everyone else. I'll tell you the truth because I know you can handle that. It's not knowing what the truth is and allowing your human "wishes" to get in the way of good judgment sometimes that's hurting people. And that's what people can't handle. Once you know the truth, now you have a place to move toward.

Is the Timing Right for You?

If you’ve been waiting to begin your lifestyle journey because of timing… understand that’s an excuse. Ferris said,
“The truth is you’re afraid, just like the rest of the world. Measure the cost of inaction, realize the unlikelihood and repairability of those missteps and develop the most important habit of those who excel and enjoy doing so: action.”
And think about what it’s costing you financially, emotionally and physically to postpone action? Tim said it best here:
“Don’t only evaluate the potential downside of action. It is equally important to measure the atrocious cost of inaction. If you don’t pursue those things that excite you, where will you be in one year, five years, and ten years? How will you feel having allowed circumstance to impose itself upon you and having allowed ten more years of your finite life to pass doing what you know will not fulfill you? If you telescope out 10 years and know with 100% certainty that it is a path of disappointment and regret, and if we define risk as “the likelihood of an irreversible negative outcome,” inaction is the greatest risk of all.”
Entrepreneurship is about wanting it and going after it with all you've got for the long run and continue to go after it until you get your desired results. The time to get started is the moment you realize you have the core foundational beliefs as outlined in Action Steps 1-5 and then start. Nothing else matters.

In one of the tabs above is identified as "Action Steps 1-5" that will provide you with getting started actionable steps.
Each action step has a worksheet that you can download from the "worksheet" tab. These worksheets are designed to challenge your belief system, open up dream space, help you find extra cash for your business and take your temperature in terms of commitment and purpose. Not everyone is up to the challenge. These worksheets will help you determine whether entrepreneurship is for you.
These are the same steps I took after I lost $35K and 8 months in my first endeavor with online marketing. I had to identify what was 'broken" before I could move forward. Make sense? I had to take a huge step backwards, slow down and evaluate EVERYTHING I had done up until then. Once I had insight and was able to answer and ponder the questions in these 5 action steps, I was then able to move confidently forward.
I didn't fail my second time around.
The good news is that it didn't take me forever to figure it out. Once the ingredients were presented to me by my mentors, I flew through it and was able to make a good decision quickly. But it sure looked different when the blinders were taken off! There's freedom in the truth about what it takes to succeed and know that you alone hold the keys.

Rich Dad's "B Quadrant" Business Model –
Network Marketing and Direct Sales

This Mini-Guide will be focused on e-lifestyle creation through network marketing and direct sales using the internet. There's nothing "old school," no lists of family and friends and chasing people. In fact, you will have people chasing you and your friends never need to know. It's your life and your business and you are stepping into the new world of business, sort of like online franchising without the huge start up capital. It's beautiful.
You may be looking at network marketing for the very first time or you may already be involved in network marketing but haven't had success yet. There are reasons for that which I believed I will have covered somewhere within these modules and this Guide.
Next, you it's important that what you choose falls security into Rich Dad's B Quadrant.
If you’ve read 'Rich Dad Poor Dad', by Robert Kiyosaki, you already know that Rich Dad's core values are in the B (big business) and I (investor) quadrants while Poor Dad’s values are in the E (employee) and S (small business where you own a job)
Kiyosaki is very clear about network marketing and Direct Sales falling in the Rich Dad’s B quadrant. He said it’s a perfect big business for two reasons…
1) Low cost start up and
2) You have all the time you need to move yourself from the E/S quadrant to the B quadrant.
The way you move yourself is by changing your core values from employee mindset to the business owner mindset. The difference between the two is simple core values.
The first is “I’ve got to find a secure job, work for 40 years and retire on whatever is available. The latter is “I want freedom and will do anything to get it. I’ll learn the skills and get it done”.
How long this shift takes is entirely upon each individual. Some get it within a few months yet for others, it may take 5-6 years. The mind is a powerful thing. Notice we're back at challenging your belief system and personal development.
Because a few of you may be asking this in the back of your mind … When asked if network marketing is nothing more than pyramid
schemes in a book he co-authored with Donald Trump called "Why We Want You To Be Rich", Kiyosaki's reply is:
"…corporations are really pyramid schemes. A corporation has only one person at the top, generally the CEO, and everyone else below…A true network-marketing business is the exact opposite of a traditional business model. A network-marketing business is designed to bring you up to the top, not keep you down at the bottom. A true network-marketing business does not succeed unless it brings people to the top."—
Many home based business models have gotten a bad rap in the past due to the unscrupulous few who have preyed on the hopes and dreams of well-intentioned people looking for a better lifestyle. But there are bad apples in any industry so you want to quickly make a decision what you will believe and move on.
All the experts agree that network marketing an excellent choice for those wanting to create significant lifestyle and freedom choices. Having said that, it's not my intention or purpose to convince you that network marketing is a good business decision. I'm not in the business of convincing. If you're skeptical and can't get past it, this guide will be of no use to you so save your time and I wish you well.

FRANCHISES and BRICK & MORTAR

I grew up in an entrepreneurial home. My parents owned brick and mortar businesses all my life (they still do) and I am witness to the time they have invested into them. They have embarked on entrepreneurial business in many different fields of interest. Everything from growing bell peppers and raising cattle in the farming industry….
…to an appliance store selling new and used appliances with a top notch service center…
…to wood crafting
…to an insurance agency
and currently a 5,000 SQ scrapbook store, rated top in the nation.
Talk about diversification!
My parents instilled the love for time freedom without knowing it into the lives of their children.
I've gone on to be an e-lifestyle baby boomer.
My brother owns a karate school.
My two boys own their businesses.
I remember as a young girl, many, many, MANY nights being put to bed on a cot in the back of a store while Mom and Dad spent months cleaning and preparing for their grand opening. And you bet, we kids worked too. Mom would call out for pizza at dinner time and keep working. This is where the value of hard work was instilled in us and ultimate were able to see the rewards in the end.
With a brick and mortar business model, however, if my folks wanted to get away on vacation, there was always the “I wonder if everything is going ok?” on their shoulders. They didn’t really get away from it.
For me, while I didn’t grow up with a computer in hand, I do have opportunities using the internet that my parents didn’t have. I think about the time and energy (not to mention financial investment) my parents put into their entrepreneurship endeavors and ponder the possibilities of what they could have accomplished if the internet and online franchising (so to speak) was available to them. Whew!
I have also discovered that network marketing and high ticket direct sales has provided the true detachment from running a successful business while I’m on vacation or playing in my hobby industry.
Does this mean I don’t work? Absolutely not! I work! And make no mistake about it… it’s a lot of work the first couple of years. The difference is YOU get to decide WHEN and WHERE you will work. That's what gives you the e-lifestyle.
The contrasts between what my parents do in running a brick and mortar business and what I do from the comfort of my home (or anywhere) on a laptop is significant. They have much more responsibility and things to worry about than I do.

In the end…. Entrepreneurship is still the American dream and the dream of many representing all counties and all people. I believe in it wholeheartedly. If there is a seed, a feeling, a longing, a dream of being your own boss, it will haunt you all your life if you try to ignore it. We're a special breed of people. Those who don't have the seed of entrepreneurship don't understand our calling.
Don’t get to the end of your life and wonder “what if”. You deserve to live your life by design.
